SOTHEBY this month has auctioned off one of the world's rarest diamonds - a 25-carat, cushion-cut pink diamond, valued at £24 million. This diamond was once owned by Harry Winston and it may well be the next "world's most expensive diamond", a title which belonged to the Wittlesbach diamond earlier.
