To mark their engagement Prince William has given Kate his mother’s ring. The ring features a 12-carat oval Ceylon sapphire and diamonds. It was designed by British jewellery house Garrard in 1980. It is being touted that Prince William has chosen the ring as a way to include his mother in his happiness.
